I love Nan Xiang Flushing!! This place is worth all the hype. Usually the wait ends up being about an hour, but I suggest sticking around for a table to dine in. So worth it. Items from their menu that I really enjoyed: - lucky six soup dumplings -crab meat soup dumplings -pan fried pork buns -sweet and sour woods ear mushroom -soybean milk (both cold & hot) Honestly though, just about everything on their menu tastes amazing & priced well, with most items being under $10 and only a few are ~$14. Love, love, love Nan Xiang Flushing!! I will forever be down to drive from Boston for a day trip, just to eat here.

11:30 pm on a Friday night. We ordered too much because we wanted it all. lol. Garlic cucumbers, fried pork buns, beef noodle soup, pork soup dumplings and Shanghai fried udon noodles. Everything was yummy. Those Shanghai and fried noodles were the star the show. The garlic cucumbers along with it make it even better. Those fried pork buns are divine too!

Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings has always been one of my to go spots for soup dumplings and a variety of Shanghai dishes. I used to go to their old location at 38-12 Prince Street between 38th and 39th avenues. This was my first time at their new location, 39-16 Prince Street. I am happy to report their food quality is consistent and is still mouthwatering, delicious, and flavorful all these years, even though they moved and with inflation. When I entered on Prince Street around 10:00am on a Sunday, I was greeted by the hostess and was brought up the stairs to a table almost immediately. Inside is very spacious and has modern design. I ordered the Jelly Fish Turnip, Scallion Pancake with Sliced Beef, and the Lucky Six Soup Dumplings (6). I kinda prefer the cantonese version of sliced jelly fish salad with turnip more, but it was a good appetizer and the jelly fish tasted fresh. The scallion pancake was flaky and crispy and with the marinated slice beef and sweet-savory sauce, it was very yummy. Lastly, the Lucky Six Soup Dumplings was a combination of Signature Soup Dumpling, Crab Meat & Pork Soup Dumpling, Chicken Soup Dumpling, Scallop & Pork Soup Dumpling, Black Truffle & Pork Soup Dumpling, and Gourd Luffa Soup Dumpling. I wish it came with little label of which soup dumpling was which, but it wasn't too hard to tell which was which when you bite into it. The Black Truffle had a good strong truffle flavor and it really stood out to me. Each soup dumpling had a tender pork piece in the center and was colorfully wrapped. It was great to try a wide arrange of different types of flavors of soup dumplings and I would get it again. The staff were friendly and attentive. When we first got to our table, my husbands' spoon was dirty and they changed the whole plate setting and apologized. Our waitress kept refilling our tea. I really enjoyed the tea and felt like it cut some of the fatty foods. When we received the check, there was a sticker stating 3.5% discount if you pay cash. Prices are reasonable and definitely worth it for the quality and quantity. I am so glad I went to Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings today and got to checkout the newly expanded space. I can't wait to come back and get more soup dumplings!

Flushing a crown jewel dumpling house in the heart of Flushing is a nice place to stop for lunch or dinner. Fast paced, well staffed brisk service -and a nice menu to choose from. Dumplings of many flavors, noodle dishes and authentic Asian large bowl soups. Best to order family style and share a few different dishes and soups.

This is my favorite place for soup dumplings! I've always been a fan of their pork soup dumplings and they are always the highlight of every meal I have here. The pan fried crispy noodles with seafood were soooo good! I loved the crispiness of the noodles. The scallion pancake was also perfectly crispy! The braised beef noodle soup was so umami with al dente noodles! It's perfect for a cold day! There's sometimes a long wait here; however, it's definitely worth it. Food comes out fast and hot! Our waiter, Alan, was great! Honestly, this is my go-to place whenever I am unsure of where to eat!
